The relationship between GALVINTEC and the User shall be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and submit to the Spanish courts and tribunals have jurisdiction to hear any dispute related to the same. GALVINTEC expressly declines to submit to the Boards Arbítrales, as well as any other arbitral proceedings.
